About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Developing and delivering complex requirements to accomplish business goals
- Ensuring software is developed to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements
- Designing and modifying architecture components and application interfaces
- Mentoring other software engineers and coaching on CI/CD practices
- Executing story refinement and definition of requirements

Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot building microservices
- 2+ years of technical leadership experience leading delivery for a small to mid-sized engineering team
- Experience with event-driven architectures using Kafka
- Solid experience with Oracle or similar RDBMS
- Knowledge of wire processing workflows
- Experience designing and deploying services using containers and Kubernetes
- Ability to ensure solutions meet regulatory and compliance requirements
- Expertise applying architectural patterns and modern engineering frameworks
- Strong hands-on experience developing automated test suites
- Experience setting up and maturing CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Excellent mentoring, communication, and collaboration skills
