- Interface with larger clients to structure, negotiate, and close complex financing transactions
- Coordinate activities amongst issuing clients and investor syndicates to ensure transaction execution
- Collaborate with various internal and external partners to execute transactions
Requirements
- Ten+ years of experience in the financial services industry
- Direct responsibility for originating, structuring, negotiating and closing complex structured financing transactions
- In-depth knowledge of leasing and secured lending products/solutions
- Solid knowledge in tax accounting, financial accounting, asset valuation and commercial, tax and bankruptcy law
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Experience in financial analysis
- Proven negotiation skills
- Strong communication skills
- Effective presentation skills
- Proficiency with MS Office software applications
- Exhibit teamwork
- Travel 20%
