About the role

  • Support the IAM/PAM team in strengthening privileged access security
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams for automation using PowerShell/Python
  • Maintain IAM/PAM documentation and standards
  • Evaluate, solution, and remediate active directory IAM vulnerabilities
  • Develop solutions to improve the privileged access posture of the company
  • Design IAM-PAM compliance platforms to identify control defects
  • Define and enforce standards for privileged access management
  • Publish privileged access monitoring standards
  • Develop and maintain scripts for consistency and security in identity operations

Requirements

  • BE/BTECH/MCA/MSC (IT) equivalent (Any Technical Degree)
  • Linux+ / RHCA / CyberArk / CompTIA Security+ certifications
  • 8 - 10 years of experience
  • 4-5 years of hands-on experience administering privileged access management and understanding of active directory
  • Strong understanding of authentication and access control standards and technologies
  • 3 years of cloud experience and practical knowledge of Azure, AWS
  • Exposure and understanding of modern IAM security principles
  • Demonstrated success using scripts (PowerShell, Python, bash)
  • Experience operating in regulated environments (preferably banking/financial services)
  • Solid understanding of networking and security fundamentals
  • Excellent communication skills
