Key responsibilities & impact

Analyzing processes, documenting business case opportunities, and implementing process improvement/transformation initiatives
Supporting the execution of change initiatives which may result in cost efficiencies, quality, productivity, and risk mitigation
Working with business leaders and subject matter experts
Driving execution of solutions within the budget and timeline
Engaging with business partners to analyze, test, implement, and update processes as a result of projects, initiatives, and equipment changes
Designing, documenting, implementing, and monitoring business processes and project objectives
Attending/Leading project calls and communicating with front line units, support partners, operations area, and management on project updates

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of operational change management experience
Exhibits excellent analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills to effectively resolve complex issues.
Strong written and oral communication abilities
Working knowledge of Agile project and testing management
Proficient in usage of Excel, PowerPoint and all other Microsoft applications
Flexibility to work off shift hours/days as required by the business
