About the role

  • Analyzing processes, documenting business case opportunities, and implementing process improvement/transformation initiatives
  • Supporting the execution of change initiatives which may result in cost efficiencies, quality, productivity, and risk mitigation
  • Working with business leaders and subject matter experts
  • Driving execution of solutions within the budget and timeline
  • Engaging with business partners to analyze, test, implement, and update processes as a result of projects, initiatives, and equipment changes
  • Designing, documenting, implementing, and monitoring business processes and project objectives
  • Attending/Leading project calls and communicating with front line units, support partners, operations area, and management on project updates

Requirements

  • 2+ years of operational change management experience
  • Exhibits excellent analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills to effectively resolve complex issues.
  • Strong written and oral communication abilities
  • Working knowledge of Agile project and testing management
  • Proficient in usage of Excel, PowerPoint and all other Microsoft applications
  • Flexibility to work off shift hours/days as required by the business
