About the role
- Analyzing processes, documenting business case opportunities, and implementing process improvement/transformation initiatives
- Supporting the execution of change initiatives which may result in cost efficiencies, quality, productivity, and risk mitigation
- Working with business leaders and subject matter experts
- Driving execution of solutions within the budget and timeline
- Engaging with business partners to analyze, test, implement, and update processes as a result of projects, initiatives, and equipment changes
- Designing, documenting, implementing, and monitoring business processes and project objectives
- Attending/Leading project calls and communicating with front line units, support partners, operations area, and management on project updates
Requirements
- 2+ years of operational change management experience
- Exhibits excellent analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills to effectively resolve complex issues.
- Strong written and oral communication abilities
- Working knowledge of Agile project and testing management
- Proficient in usage of Excel, PowerPoint and all other Microsoft applications
- Flexibility to work off shift hours/days as required by the business
