About the role
- Maintains data accuracy and completes all collateral processes timely
- Receives incoming loan files and reviews for compliance with bank and federal guidelines
- Maintains relationships with Relationship Administrators to ensure efficient and high-quality loan processing
- Gives technical advice and guidance to business units and interdisciplinary teams on projects
- Maintains systems of record for continued monitoring of collateral and insurance
- Works in a paperless environment and adheres to compliance guidelines
- Promotes collaboration and communicates with impact; learns and adapts quickly; holds self and others accountable for high performance standards
Requirements
- Knowledge of loan documentation concepts (reviewing credit approvals, etc.)
- Good technical aptitude (desktop and mainframe applications) and experience with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word)
- Efficient organizational, writing and client/customer communications skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations and deadline pressures
- Strong analytical and problem solver skills
- Effective prioritization of multiple tasks, balancing quality and productivity
- Effective time management
- Flexible and adaptable
- Detail orientated and be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Ability to identify issues and potential solutions/alternatives given existing policies and procedures, including the need to escalate
