About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Builds and/or executes business initiatives and processes
- Solves complex problems and delivers on business initiatives

- Partner closely with technology and product teams to ensure future-state designs convert into buildable requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of strategy, execution, operational experience with a focus on process improvement and performance management
- Ability to think strategically and tactically to drive operational success
- Ability to form strong partnerships with key stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, performance driven, self-starter
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to work with large amounts of data and deliver insights quickly
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Understanding of workflow and SLA metric reporting
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
