About the role

  • Builds and/or executes business initiatives and processes
  • Solves complex problems and delivers on business initiatives
  • Engages with key stakeholders to deliver on business objectives

  • Partner closely with technology and product teams to ensure future-state designs convert into buildable requirements

Requirements

  • 7+ years of strategy, execution, operational experience with a focus on process improvement and performance management
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically to drive operational success
  • Ability to form strong partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Strong leadership skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented, performance driven, self-starter
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Able to work with large amounts of data and deliver insights quickly
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of workflow and SLA metric reporting
  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
