About the role
- Provides Business Controls support for Client Services by partnering with FLU, Risk, Audit, Legal and other stakeholders
- Drives consistency in oversight, change enrichment, and management throughout UCRA lifecycle
- Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Audit, and project teams
- Proactively identify and escalate emerging risks or delays
- Perform QA reviews, validation, and audit adherence as required
- Deliver Business Control reporting and updates as needed
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and ensure accurate documentation in enterprise tools
Requirements
- 2+ years of business controls experience and/or LOB business control function
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work with Leaders at varied levels
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building/managing skills
- Detail oriented
- Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously
- Ability to balance multiple needs, requests, goals and shifting priorities
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint experience
- Exercise critical thinking and judgment
