Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ years of leadership experience (coaching, training, motivating)

- Passion for improving clients' financial lives
- Confident in identifying solutions for clients
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and execute in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours
