About the role

  • Managing the Transaction and Conformance Testing
  • Developing and maintaining the data dictionary for capital calculation
  • Leading development and migration to SABER Connect
  • Producing monthly and quarterly reports for internal management reviews and sign offs
  • Preparing schedules to support external reporting requirements
  • Analyzing underlying drivers for periodic changes and variances
  • Supporting firmwide initiatives and ECM projects around operational risk

Requirements

  • CA/MBA/B.E./CFA/FRM Certifications
  • 12 to 15 years of experience
  • Strong understanding of Basel capital requirements and financials, preferably in a US bank setting
  • Experience and exposure to markets and banking products
  • Proven track record of clear and concise verbal and written communication
  • Self-starter with ability to be proactive and well organized
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in SQL and MS Office tools
