About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Managing the Transaction and Conformance Testing
- Developing and maintaining the data dictionary for capital calculation
- Leading development and migration to SABER Connect
- Producing monthly and quarterly reports for internal management reviews and sign offs
- Preparing schedules to support external reporting requirements
- Analyzing underlying drivers for periodic changes and variances
- Supporting firmwide initiatives and ECM projects around operational risk
Requirements
What you’ll need- CA/MBA/B.E./CFA/FRM Certifications
- 12 to 15 years of experience
- Strong understanding of Basel capital requirements and financials, preferably in a US bank setting
- Experience and exposure to markets and banking products
- Proven track record of clear and concise verbal and written communication
- Self-starter with ability to be proactive and well organized
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in SQL and MS Office tools
