About the role
- This job is responsible for identifying and developing new client relationships with healthcare professionals in their respective territories through direct calling and networking efforts.
- Key responsibilities include independently developing referral business through intermediaries (consultants, attorneys, accountants, brokers, and realtors)
- Analyzing client financials and product needs
- Implementing appropriate sales strategies to carry out responsibilities and achieve production goals.
- Job expectations includes 70% travel, credit acumen, knowledge of products, and presentation skills.
Requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills including presentations
- Self-motivated and result oriented
- 5+ experience in commercial lending, business development, commercial credit and portfolio management in business banking or middle market sector required
- 2+ years of Practice Solutions sales or 3+ years of healthcare industry sales and/or healthcare specific financing
- Management of an extensive portfolio of clients with annual revenues of $5-$50 million
- Proven track record of sales, prospecting new business and enhancing existing relationships
- Ability to understand and interpret financial statements and cash flow analysis to assess and analyze financial conditions of companies and industry trends.
