Requirements

  • Autosys job scheduling
  • Informatica ETL tooling
  • Monitoring platforms: Splunk and Dynatrace
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change)
  • Experience with AI including usage of CoPilot, M365
  • Experience with ITSM tools such as MyITSM and ServiceNow
