About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Managing day-to-day activities and functions for the assigned team
- Delegating work to team members and supervising work processes
- Providing leadership, mentorship, and direction to team members
- Solving complex technical and analytical issues
- Participating in incident, problem, and change review meetings
- Leading major incident triage independently
- Engaging confidently with Senior Management and cross-functional technology groups
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience
- Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux
- Oracle and Teradata databases
- Hadoop ecosystem
- Autosys job scheduling
- Informatica ETL tooling
- Monitoring platforms: Splunk and Dynatrace
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change)
- Experience with AI including usage of CoPilot, M365
- Experience with ITSM tools such as MyITSM and ServiceNow
