About the role
- Lead a team of Treasury Sales Officers and Analysts supporting Commercial Real Estate Clients
- Manage execution of revenue and balance sheet growth
- Consult and strategize across various teams for client solutions
- Drive Treasury Solutions presentations and risk assessments
- Maintain client relationships and identify business opportunities
- Promote team leadership through strategy presentation and coaching
- Manage expenses and budgets in line with objectives
Requirements
- 10+ years of Treasury Management/client facing experience
- Intellectually curious and motivated to continuously improve processes
- Sales and client relationship experience
- Excellent verbal/ written communication and presentation skills
- Proven negotiation and active listening skills
- Excellent critical/strategic thinking and problem resolution skills
- Strong business/financial acumen
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
