About the role
- Support strategy and business planning across Alts; assist in analyzing product usage, advisor conversion trends, and competitive intelligence; contribute to quarterly business reviews and the Alts business plan
- Build and refine executive ready decks (invitationals, offsites, leadership forums); coordinate seminars/events and leverage third party educational content; engage with industry/FinTech partners
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Specialists, and Relationship Management teams to translate insights into adoption plays and measurable results
- Coordinate Alts leadership forums and operating reviews (agenda, logistics, materials); track projects and SPI/process mapping; assist with policy/procedure documentation and audit/EIT/QA testing
- Manage vendor interactions and oversight; system provisioning and guides; facilitate access approvals to resources
- Assist with Client Journey, Operational Excellence, and Ops Resiliency initiatives
- Maintain experience/enhancement communications and conference/technology forums; run stakeholder sessions
- Partner on educational presentations/trainings; steward knowledge management, website, centralized resources maintenance and quality assurance; supervise communications and content posting
- Oversee returns/performance quality assurance; maintain marketing e-mail templates, distributions groups, disclosures, and digital delivery adoption
- Track fund launch pipeline, timelines, and status changes; maintain signature pages and transactional templates; collaborate on investor tax summary letters
- Liaise with fund administrators/transfer agents on technology build outs; configure investor specific questions and non standard fund terms (in partnership with product, ops, legal)
Requirements
- 2–5+ years in wealth/asset management, alternatives, product, or COO/program roles
- Strong analytical, technical, deck building, and stakeholder management skills
- High-proficiency in Copilot/Teams/Excel/Word/PowerPoint
- Bias for action, detail orientation, and ability to operate across matrixed teams under time bound deliverables
- Client first, results focused, and collaborative; able to simplify complexity and drive measurable adoption
- Comfortable operating in a highly regulated, enterprise environment with strong controls and audit discipline
- Clear communicator with the ability to produce executive ready materials and lead stakeholder sessions
- Experience with private markets (PE, credit, real assets), hedge strategies, and evergreen/perpetual structures preferred
