About the role

  • Collaborate with seniors and stakeholders on identity security posture
  • Assess identity and authentication risks in business and technology decisions
  • Monitor industry information security trends and engage for strategy refinement
  • Partner with teams to develop Identity and Authentication requirements for modernization
  • Drive compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations
  • Provide transparent and timely reports on identity and authentication risks
  • Active participation in GIS IAM forums for improvements

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of identity and authentication laws within financial services
  • Understanding of BAC’s information security Policy and Standards
  • Familiarity with security standards such as NIST, ISO/EC, FFIEC
  • Possession of CISSP certification is an advantage
  • Expert-level knowledge of identity and authentication methodologies and technologies
  • 7 years relevant hands-on experience in identity and authentication in large organizations
  • Deep experience with Linux, Windows, and Cloud scale Identity and Access Management.
