About the role
- Collaborate with seniors and stakeholders on identity security posture
- Assess identity and authentication risks in business and technology decisions
- Monitor industry information security trends and engage for strategy refinement
- Partner with teams to develop Identity and Authentication requirements for modernization
- Drive compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations
- Provide transparent and timely reports on identity and authentication risks
- Active participation in GIS IAM forums for improvements
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of identity and authentication laws within financial services
- Understanding of BAC’s information security Policy and Standards
- Familiarity with security standards such as NIST, ISO/EC, FFIEC
- Possession of CISSP certification is an advantage
- Expert-level knowledge of identity and authentication methodologies and technologies
- 7 years relevant hands-on experience in identity and authentication in large organizations
- Deep experience with Linux, Windows, and Cloud scale Identity and Access Management.
