About the role
- Responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables
- Communicating work objectives and coordinating delivery across teams
- Managing program risk and compliance to standards
- Ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of functionality, quality, timeline, and cost
Requirements
- 3 or more years of experience in IT project management
- Knowledge of Production Support procedures and requirements
- Experience leading process improvement initiatives
- 5 or more years hands on experience in IT
- Excellent verbal, written communication and organizational skills
- Strong Coordination and Facilitation skills to drive meetings through intended outcome
- Technical aptitude to learn and adapt to new technologies
