- Implement and maintain security administration and access policies using RACF, ACF2, or Top Secret
- Align security administration and access controls with regulatory frameworks
- Monitor for unauthorized access and potential data leakage
- Lead and mentor a team of mainframe security analysts
- Provide ongoing training on evolving security threats
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Identity and Access Management
- 10+ Years of experience in RACF, ACF2 and zOS systems
- Strong understanding of IAM governance frameworks
- Proven ability to design, implement, and manage access provisioning solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field
