Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Identity and Access Management
- 10+ years of experience in RACF, ACF2 and zOS systems
- Proven ability to design, implement, and manage access provisioning solutions
- Strong understanding of IAM governance frameworks
- Experience with automated provisioning/de-provisioning workflows
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications preferred
