About the role

  • This job is responsible for leading a group that performs strategic analysis
  • Determine strategic priorities for the team
  • Identify trends and lead efforts to maximize risk versus return
  • Use data and analytics to solve complex problems
  • Coach and develop employees
  • Partner across technology, product, and risk leadership
  • Build target state platforms, tools, data and AI capabilities/integrations
  • Enable Fraud & Claims strategies and reporting teams to use data effectively

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience building platforms, data, analysis or reporting
  • 3+ years of experience with Agile, SAFe LEAN, Kanban or Scrum
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Team Lead
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, documentation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft PPT, Excel, Visio.
  • Proficient with SQL.
