About the role
- Serve as the first point of contact for financial center clients
- Uncover personal banking needs of individual and small business clients
- Connect clients to specialists and deepen client relationships
- Support clients with self-service or transactional activities and provide exceptional client care
- Proactively connect with clients through outbound calls
Requirements
- BILINGUAL - SPANISH
- Minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented and client-centric environment
- Former roles accepted in lieu of experience: Relationship Manager (RM), Credit Solutions Advisor (CSA I), or Relationship Manager Business Owner Specialist (RMBOS) at Bank of America for a minimum of six months
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
- Commissioned notary or able to obtain in the state of employment within a few months of start date
