About the role
- Planning and coordinating the execution of large program deliverables which requires engagement across multiple organizations
- Communicating target outcomes, coordinating delivery, resource planning, providing visibility of program health, and managing program risks, compliance and financials
- Ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of target outcomes, timeline, and cost and facilitating sync points between business and technology leaders and Risk and Compliance partners
- Leading and coordinating routines to support delivery of large programs, such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of technology experience supporting complex, enterprise-scale environments
- Proven expertise driving technology change initiatives, with a strong command of governance, risk, and regulatory requirements
- Broad understanding of legacy platforms and modern technology ecosystems, with the ability to articulate the strategic implications of emerging capabilities such as AI, automation, and other transformative technologies
- Demonstrated proficiency with key delivery and infrastructure tools (e.g., JIRA, Horizon, Remedy) and/or hands-on experience across infrastructure or platform domains
