About the role
- Provide Senior National Financial Solution Advisors with ad-hoc inbound brokerage support
- Connect regularly with FSAs to build relationships
- Conduct outreach to FSA clients to set up and confirm appointments
- Partner with support teams to conduct in-depth research and resolution of complex situations
