About the role
- Build and maintain schedules, staffing tables, and skilling structures in IEX and related systems
- Analyze call volume, trends, KPIs, and staffing needs to support forecasting and coverage planning
- Execute Schedule Selection Events, schedule bids, and new hire scheduling routines
- Support vendor alignment, skilling audits, schedule accuracy, and operational communication
- Enhance scheduling tools, tactical reporting, and templates; support automation initiatives
- Participate in cross-functional routines and communicate staffing risks and opportunities
Requirements
- 2+ years hands-on IEX Workforce Management experience (scheduling, skilling, intraday)
- Strong analytical and Excel skills; ability to interpret operational data
- Experience managing multi-site or multi-skill staffing environments
- Strong and effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a complex and rapidly-changing environment
- Excellent time management skills.
