About the role

  • Build and maintain schedules, staffing tables, and skilling structures in IEX and related systems
  • Analyze call volume, trends, KPIs, and staffing needs to support forecasting and coverage planning
  • Execute Schedule Selection Events, schedule bids, and new hire scheduling routines
  • Support vendor alignment, skilling audits, schedule accuracy, and operational communication
  • Enhance scheduling tools, tactical reporting, and templates; support automation initiatives
  • Participate in cross-functional routines and communicate staffing risks and opportunities

Requirements

  • 2+ years hands-on IEX Workforce Management experience (scheduling, skilling, intraday)
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills; ability to interpret operational data
  • Experience managing multi-site or multi-skill staffing environments
  • Strong and effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a complex and rapidly-changing environment
  • Excellent time management skills.
