About the role
- Lead technology delivery initiatives and ensure successful execution of strategic projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and cross-functional partners to define requirements.
- Manage backlogs and deliver high-quality technology solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Own the Product Backlog and prioritize the work for the team.
- Write functional stories in collaboration with team members and other tech/test leads.
- Determine when a story is Ready and accept it when it’s done.
- Run regular refinement sessions with the team to refine stories and plan the work for each Sprint.
- Prepare for PI Planning and UAT Testing and Production Validation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product ownership, technology delivery, or related roles.
- Proven track record of managing technology projects in Agile environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Prior experience leveraging Jira to execute deliverables.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
