About the role
- Perform complex analysis and modeling to minimize loss exposure and negative impacts to the customer experience
- Utilize a variety of systems such as Excel, SAS, SQL, Tableau, and other relational databases to provide analytical support on strategies
- Evaluate data to assess potential fraud risk and create mitigation strategies
- Work with various partners like project team, technology, strategies, and execution from the inception of a project to deployment
- Deploy fraud strategies, platform initiatives and user acceptance testing
- Lead efforts around UAT planning and author test plan
- Conduct test plan reviews involving key stakeholders to obtain sign off
Requirements
- Two+ years Fraud, Claims, Authentication, Investigations SME experience or other related Testing experience
- Ability to lead assessments for process improvements to improve testing
- Demonstrated ability to make decisions, adapt to change and recommend creative solutions
- Analytical skills; complex problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work independently and is not afraid to make a decision and act on it
- Ability to manage resource plan, secure resources and lead execution of test scripts and document results
