About the role

  • Perform complex analysis and modeling to minimize loss exposure and negative impacts to the customer experience
  • Utilize a variety of systems such as Excel, SAS, SQL, Tableau, and other relational databases to provide analytical support on strategies
  • Evaluate data to assess potential fraud risk and create mitigation strategies
  • Work with various partners like project team, technology, strategies, and execution from the inception of a project to deployment
  • Deploy fraud strategies, platform initiatives and user acceptance testing
  • Lead efforts around UAT planning and author test plan
  • Conduct test plan reviews involving key stakeholders to obtain sign off

Requirements

  • Two+ years Fraud, Claims, Authentication, Investigations SME experience or other related Testing experience
  • Ability to lead assessments for process improvements to improve testing
  • Demonstrated ability to make decisions, adapt to change and recommend creative solutions
  • Analytical skills; complex problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to work independently and is not afraid to make a decision and act on it
  • Ability to manage resource plan, secure resources and lead execution of test scripts and document results
