Requirements
- Proven experience and knowledge of Enterprise Change requirements
- Business control environment expertise/experience
- Ability to collaborate with various leaders across the change process
- Strong people skills demonstrated across various communication styles (both written and verbal)
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead, sponsor and motivate a strong, high-performing team of individuals
