Analyzes and interprets large sets of raw data to recommend ways to help the business achieve desired outcomes and make informed business decisions
Defines, gathers, analyzes, and interprets data using applications and technologies to forecast future trends
Coordinates the production of product performance reports and updates for senior management
Responsible for the day-to-day resolution of complex problems and the execution of complex transactions for a single site/business unit or smaller business unit(s), including research
Participates in the design, development and implementation of complex products, systems and services in a strategy environment

Requirements

Two+ years Fraud, Claims Operations and/or Investigations experience
Technical skills (beginner level SAS/SQL)
Strong Organizational Skills
Strong Time Management
Strong communication skills
Self-Starter
General knowledge of Fraud systems (i.e. FLASH, SFM, TSYS, Brainiac)
Presentation experience
Ability to manage multiple projects in a complex and rapidly-changing environment
Ability to work independently as well as part of a virtual team
Excellent time management skills
