About the role
- Supporting accurate and complete financial reporting for specific legal entities and consolidating results
- Facilitating month-end close and posting journal entries
- Monitoring and resolving out-of-balance intercompany receivables/payables
- Reviewing the trial balance to address anomalies
- Preparing internal/external reporting with commentaries
- Planning and preparing for each monthly close cycle and timely execution of all required tasks while maintaining a strong control environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to partner across the organization to achieve goals
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good presentation skills
