- Analyzing processes and documenting business case opportunities
- Implementing process improvement initiatives in support of Operational Excellence objectives
- Collaborating with business leaders and subject matter experts
- Driving execution of solutions within budget and timeline
- Establishing and implementing continuous process improvement models
Requirements
- 5 years of Process design related experience
- Analytical and design-oriented mindset
- Track record of successfully implementing strategic initiatives
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Testing/QA experience desired
- Data driven and metrics/results oriented
- Ability to identify opportunities from a process efficiency perspective
- Strong presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and communications skills
- Self-starter who can take ambiguous information and drive to logical outcomes while constantly challenging the status quo
