About the role
- Analyzing processes, documenting business case opportunities, and implementing process improvement initiatives
- Supporting the execution of change initiatives for cost efficiencies, quality, productivity, and risk mitigation
- Working with business leaders and subject matter experts to ensure collaboration and transparency
- Driving execution of solutions within the budget and timeline
- Designing, documenting, implementing, and monitoring business processes and project objectives
- Attending/Leading project calls and communicating updates
Requirements
- 2+ years of operational change management experience
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills
- Strong written and oral communication abilities
- Working knowledge of Agile project and testing management
- Proficient in usage of Excel, PowerPoint and all other Microsoft applications
- Flexibility to work off shift hours/days as required by the business
