About the role

  • Analyzing processes, documenting business case opportunities, and implementing process improvement initiatives
  • Supporting the execution of change initiatives for cost efficiencies, quality, productivity, and risk mitigation
  • Working with business leaders and subject matter experts to ensure collaboration and transparency
  • Driving execution of solutions within the budget and timeline
  • Designing, documenting, implementing, and monitoring business processes and project objectives
  • Attending/Leading project calls and communicating updates

Requirements

  • 2+ years of operational change management experience
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Strong written and oral communication abilities
  • Working knowledge of Agile project and testing management
  • Proficient in usage of Excel, PowerPoint and all other Microsoft applications
  • Flexibility to work off shift hours/days as required by the business
