About the role
- This job is responsible for driving and executing on internal control discipline and operational excellence within a Line of Business (LOB) or Enterprise Control Function (ECF).
- Key responsibilities include providing analytical and administrative support for LOB or ECF specific processes and tools to drive adherence to enterprise-wide standards.
- Job expectations include monitoring and testing controls and implementing quality assurance and quality control processes within the LOB or ECF by evaluating data to help identify, track, and report issues and control improvements for remediation.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in process engineering, process design, risk management, or business controls.
- Hands-on experience with Single Process Inventory (SPI) and Process Owner Portal (POP), including creating and maintaining process documentation.
- Proven ability to document end-to-end process flows, including activities, risks, controls, and key metrics.
- Solid understanding of Enterprise Process Management Policy and Standards and ability to apply them consistently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with stakeholders across risk, audit, and business teams.
- Proficiency in using enterprise tools and systems for process documentation and quality assurance (e.g., ORCIT, POP).
