About the role
- Provide clients with holistic financial advice and guidance via phone-based platform
- Maintain existing U.S. client relationships by providing day to day service and advice
- Provide investment, savings, and liability management solutions
- Further deepen relationships with existing client base
- Identify prospective clients and welcome new clients to the platform
- Set clear client expectations to create a smooth transition between services
- Anticipate needs, exceed service expectations, and follow through on commitments
Requirements
- Series 7 & 66 required (or the equivalent 63 & 65)
- Minimum of 1-2 years financial advisory or investment sales experience
- Passion for excellence and willingness to work to exceed client expectations
- Strong computer skills with an ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Bilingual Spanish Proficiency required
- Must be flexible to work a standard shift M-F between the hours of 9am - 9pm est.
