About the role
- This job is responsible for managing complex to high risk cross-functional and/or inter-departmental programs or projects for Line of Business products, processes, functions, and employee readiness.
- Key responsibilities include partnering with the business to develop a plan to sustain change, evaluate current methods, and drive strategies to implement changes/improvements.
- Job expectations include serving as the primary point of contact to department managers for critical change initiatives, using tools to document program performance, and influencing stakeholders to make strategic changes.
- Ideal candidate will posses a strong business centric mindset with ability to utilize sound business judgment and tailor approach to drive optimal business outcomes.
- Communicates, influences and negotiates both vertically and horizontally to obtain or leverage necessary resources.
- Assists in achieving broad goals supporting corporate business strategy.
- Responsible for results delivery, risk management and strategy development.
- Significant experience with managing large diverse programs and projects.
Requirements
- 4+ years of proven success in collaborating and integrating work across multiple stakeholders, focus on key objectives to reach consensus and decisions, demonstrates personal courage
- Drives horizontal efforts to advance people and process, tools and technology, and ways of working to better serve an evolving client base
- Experience in enterprise non-technology change management and workflow management practices and tools (e.g., PPRT, Visio, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Power Point, Confluence)
- Excellent critical thinking and executive communication skills (presentation and influencer), including ability to synthesize information and simplifying the complex to drive results
- Possesses deep knowledge of risk management approach, processes, tools, and routines; ability to effectively identify, debate and escalate project and technology risks
- Coordinates and drives execution across multiple and competing priorities to meet deadlines while adhering to policies and standards
- Experience in connecting with a diverse set of clients to proactively understand future business needs – is a continuous learner
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
