💰 $135,000 - $217,100 per year

About the role

  • Plan, execute, and deliver projects using Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
  • Collaborate with business partners, product owners, and technical teams to define scope, priorities, and deliverables
  • Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies
  • Identify, track, and mitigate risks and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle
  • Monitor progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts) and provide transparent reporting to stakeholders
  • Promote Agile best practices and coach teams to improve delivery efficiency and quality
  • Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, scope, and budget

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in Agile environments
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong leadership and facilitation skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency in Agile tools (Jira, Rally, Confluence)
