About the role

Plan, execute, and deliver projects using Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
Collaborate with business partners, product owners, and technical teams to define scope, priorities, and deliverables
Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies
Identify, track, and mitigate risks and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle
Monitor progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts) and provide transparent reporting to stakeholders
Promote Agile best practices and coach teams to improve delivery efficiency and quality
Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, scope, and budget

5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in Agile environments
Proven track record of delivering complex projects in a fast-paced setting
Strong leadership and facilitation skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Proficiency in Agile tools (Jira, Rally, Confluence)
