About the role
- As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), your journey begins obtaining your Securities Industry licenses.
- You will be taught the foundational skills needed to be an advisor.
- Help to deliver Bank of America's core banking, investment solutions and approach to client care.
- Equip you with everything you need as you move through the stages of development.
- Collaborate with core banking and investment partners.
- Connect clients to the solutions we provide through Bank of America and Merrill.
Requirements
- Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.
- Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity.
- Experience in cultivating client relationships, accessing needs and recommending solutions.
- Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
- Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing client’s interest in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Executes multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Learns and adapts to new technology or applications.
- Bilingual Mandarin Strongly Desired.
