Performs complex analysis and modeling to minimize loss exposure and negative impacts to the customer experience
Utilizes a variety of systems such as Excel, SAS, SQL, Tableau, and other relational data bases to provide analytical support on strategies and ensure goals are met
Evaluates data to assess potential fraud risk and create mitigation strategies
Analyzes and interprets large sets of raw data to recommend ways to help the business achieve desired outcomes and make informed business decisions
Defines, gathers, analyzes, and interprets data using applications and technologies to forecast future trends and communicates to leaders and partners the statistical analysis results and predictions
Coordinates the production of product performance reports and updates for senior management

Requirements

Strong analytical and problem solving skills with 1+ years’ experience of driving business results
Intellectually curious with a mind for innovation and proven ability to execute objectives in a data driven environment
The ability to grasp new concepts and collaborate across different teams/business units in order to drive change
Goal oriented individual who maintains their composure in a fast paced and dynamic environment
A proven ability to quickly and accurately condense robust and complex data from various sources into meaningful information to drive strategic change across different portfolios
An individual who can demonstrate an aptitude to design and implement a test-and-learn approach to manage our company’s exposure to risk
Skilled with MS Office (Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint)
Proficient at written and oral communication, including presentation skills.
