About the role
- Responsible for the fulfillment, servicing and protection of credit offerings for Business Banking, GWIM, Commercial and Corporate clients as well as Leasing and Trade products
- Manage a unit for a site, region, or product line within the bank's internal operations
- Identify, analyze, and resolve highly complex problems, ensuring compliance with policies
- Develop and implement new processes to improve operating efficiency and ensure accuracy of workflow
- Manage employee performance, development, talent planning, and oversee the budget, expenses, reporting, and forecasting
Requirements
- 2 years + Syndicated/Commercial loan experience
- Experience with Loan IQ
- Experience with managing people or a process in a fast pace environment
- Experience reading, interpreting, and analyzing complex legal documentation such as credit agreements, and amendments
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to plan, prioritize and manage deliverables
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to target messaging to different audiences
