About the role

  • Responsible for performing quality assurance review on financial and collateral boarding elements
  • Provides coaching and guidance to employees within booking team regarding procedural and/or technical changes
  • Input QA data into Quality Assurance reporting platform
  • Ensure accurate input of all indicative data changes
  • Interact with Loan Administrators and Market Leaders to drive boarding accuracy and consistency
  • Participate in and drive collaborative efforts to advance tools, technology, and ways of working to better serve an evolving client base

Requirements

  • Prior consumer and/or commercial loan documentation knowledge
  • Previous work with GFS and/or Loan IQ
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Detail oriented
  • PC literate
