About the role
- Responsible for performing quality assurance review on financial and collateral boarding elements
- Provides coaching and guidance to employees within booking team regarding procedural and/or technical changes
- Input QA data into Quality Assurance reporting platform
- Ensure accurate input of all indicative data changes
- Interact with Loan Administrators and Market Leaders to drive boarding accuracy and consistency
- Participate in and drive collaborative efforts to advance tools, technology, and ways of working to better serve an evolving client base
Requirements
- Prior consumer and/or commercial loan documentation knowledge
- Previous work with GFS and/or Loan IQ
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Detail oriented
- PC literate
