About the role
- Analyzing processes and documenting business case opportunities
- Implementing process improvement/transformation initiatives in support of Operational Excellence objectives
- Executing on change initiatives which may result in cost efficiencies, quality, productivity, and risk mitigation
- Collaborating with business leaders and subject matter experts
- Driving execution of solutions within the budget and timeline
Requirements
- 5+ years of process engineering and implementation experience
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Executive presence and ability to lead meetings, including meetings with executive participants
- Strong Process Design and/or Project Management Background
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated success working in Matrix organization
- Proficient in problem analysis and solution design
