About the role
- Analyzing the day-to-day issues and providing resolution for various issues identified within a business unit
- Supporting defined procedures, routine analytics, and creating reports
- Completing exception processing
- Delivering global wire transfers and ACH payments for bank clients
- Supporting end-to-end payment execution and investigations
- Providing sanctions screening on transactions
- Reviewing queries from other Financial Institutions and utilizing SWIFT for communication.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in wire transactions
- Must be able to multitask using various systems/applications as well as different tasks at different times
- Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication/organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
