  • Deliver end-to-end case management support to employees around complex life events
  • Respond to employee inquiries effectively and timely
  • Provide guidance to Line of Business (LOB) employees regarding complex situations
  • Prioritize time and effort according to urgent needs
  • Document key facts and interactions related to the employee's life event
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information
  • Influence managers and HR partners to drive towards optimal resolutions
  • Gather, organize, and analyze data to communicate results to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure processes are accurately defined

Requirements

  • Proven ability to analyze complex data to identify trends
  • Demonstrated ability to use data to recommend process changes
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce case management system, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Experience with case management for complex life events
  • Ability to turn complex ideas into well-structured materials and presentations
  • Ability to handle confidential and proprietary information with discretion
  • Highly organized with a pro-active work ethic
  • Ability to effectively work under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated problem solving and strong follow-up skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities
