About the role
- Responsible for moderately complex transaction and fulfillment processing
- Perform reconciliation, settlement, and trade support
- Provide quality service and operations support for internal and external clients
- Handle operational processes with medium to high monetary risk
- Assist in training less experienced team members
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
