About the role
- Overseeing programs and projects specific to corporate change initiatives
- Serving as the primary contact to department managers for critical change initiatives
- Communicating, influencing, and negotiating to obtain or leverage resources
- Delivering regulatory and executive materials
- Ensuring results align to program strategy and new capabilities
- Analyzing, evaluating, and overcoming program risks
- Producing program reports for managers and stakeholders

Requirements
