About the role
- Managing multiple operations segments or divisions for a site, region, product line, or business group within the bank's internal operations.
- Resolving broad operational issues, ensuring compliance with policies, and leading implementation of opportunities to improve process performance and operating efficiency.
- Coordinating activities and procedures with Lines of Business and other operations segments to set strategic direction and promote ideas.
- Managing two or more levels of managers.
- Responsible for the development of business leveraging a well-developed network of clients.
Requirements
- 5+ years project management, process design/improvement experience
- Strong analytical and organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage high performing teams including matrixed teams
