Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer contact center
- Experience in Commercial or Small Business lending/underwriting
- Previous lending experience/lending authority
- Knowledge of credit reports and bureaus
- Ability to work effectively in a time sensitive environment
- Professional oral and written communication skills
- Helps employees navigate workforce transition during reductions
