About the role
- Provide centralized project oversight for Post Trade Technology's development teams
- Manage meeting agendas and minutes
- Develop people agenda across the broader team
- Facilitate extended management meetings
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting across projects
- Capture key project metrics for executive reporting
- Run monthly project reviews with senior management
- Interact across the organization on various initiatives
- Document process, procedures, and workflows
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiar with adaptable/flexible approach to changing business demands
- Proven ability to learn and develop new skills in role
- Strong control mindset with superior business acumen
- Intermediate/Expert MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Self-starter and delivery focused
- Good problem-solving skills
- Extremely organized with good time management skills
