As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), you will begin obtaining your Securities Industry licenses.
Once you obtain your licenses, you will learn foundational skills needed to be an advisor.
You will help to deliver Bank of America’s core banking, investment solutions and approach to client care.
You’ll interact with banking customers, small business owners and higher net worth clients alike.
Provide end-to-end comprehensive advice, deliver client reviews/presentations with confidence, and recommend strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals.
Requirements
Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.
Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity.
Experience in cultivating client relationships, accessing needs and recommending solutions.
Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing client’s interest in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Executes multiple tasks simultaneously.
Learns and adapts to new technology or applications.
