About the role
- As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), your journey begins obtaining your Securities Industry licenses.
- You will be taught the foundational skills needed to be an advisor.
- Once you have reached your key milestones, you will begin working in a financial center.
- Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to deliver comprehensive advice to clients.
Requirements
- Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.
- Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity.
- Experience in cultivating client relationships, accessing needs and recommending solutions.
- Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
- Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing client’s interest in a complex, fast-paced environment.
