Identifying and supporting client needs and capabilities
Supporting client management teams with sales, referrals, Know Your Customer (KYC) onboarding, and client retention
Supporting the operational and risk components of the client relationship
Managing due diligence processes, account opening, and ensuring accurate and timely customer compliance with policies and regulations
Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with bank products, services operations, systems, policies and procedures for business/corporate clients
Strong client focus and direct client contact experience
Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, organization and computer skills
Ability to multitask and simultaneously support various priorities
