About the role
- Supporting the delivery and execution of Global Human Resources (GHR) products and programs
- Operational process execution, quality assurance, and ensuring proper controls
- Understanding the programs/products, operational requirements, end-to-end processes
- Supports the evaluation of existing processes, technologies, and routines
- Supports initiatives by identifying solutions to meet business needs
- Ensuring a robust proactive quality assurance framework is established
- Coordinating various monthly and quarterly control routines
- Coordination of regulatory and tax requirements, audits, and revisions
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Accounting, Finance)
- Knowledge in accounting and financial topics
- Strong knowledge of Excel & Power Point including ability on VLOOKUP, PIVOTS, EXCEL FUNCTIONS and preferable, experience in Alteryx
- Demonstrated analytical and research skills
- Strong communication skills both oral and written
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Acts with a sense of urgency, works well under pressure
- Proactive and focused on continuous improvement
- Proficient with Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word)
