About the role

  • Incident management (1st and 2nd level) for our core banking system Olympic
  • Executing database queries (DB2) and controlling and monitoring applications via the command console
  • Single point of contact (SPOC) for the business departments for all applications managed by Application Engineering, including business analysis
  • Application management (configuration of control parameters, report generation, etc.)
  • Participation in release management: testing, coordination processes, collaboration with internal and external developers

Requirements

  • Degree in business informatics/information systems with a focus on computer science or banking, or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in requirements engineering (e.g., IREB certification) and IT service management (e.g., ITIL certification)
  • Very good German and good English skills (level B1/B2)
